02 — The Studio

I am a photographer working between the studio and the field, drawn to the moment a face or a coastline settles into stillness. The work begins on film and ends as a physical print — toned, dried, and signed in a small room above the Tagus.
"I'm not chasing the dramatic frame. I'm waiting for the quiet one — the one that keeps."
Over fifteen years the studio has photographed for independent magazines, fashion houses, vintners and private clients across Portugal, Morocco and the wider Atlantic. Every commission is taken personally, start to finish.
